My interview on friday with Mitch went very well. I knew he was into surfing so i played off of that and came up with 20 questions just about his favorite sport. It was a really comfortable enviroment almost as if we were having a conversation. Maybe if I had a bit more time to prepare i could have come up with better questions but overall it went well.
