I agree when the author says that people are greedy and arrogant. People just think that they are always going to have the basic things to survive. If i was given water to clean up with i would use it instead of demanding a shower because its still something to clean yourself with. I also want to comment about is you saw somebody who needed help. My mom and I were in a car accident 2 years ago on the highway. There were cars passing by all around us and nobody stopped to help. Finally a volunteer firefighter pulled over to help. I think you have to care about helping people all the time to actually stop and help someone if they are in a bad situation.
