To resolve a problem a group should talk about the issues instead of fighting, and they can compromise.

    I agree with you, a group needs to discuss the problem because that will be the only way it will get worked out. If they just forget about the problem nothing will change and it might even get worse. If they compromise more people will be happy and the problem will most likely be solved.
