I think that if a group has a problem then only way to solve the problem and get everyone to agree is to talk about the problem. A-dress it in a manner that no one will get offended and offer everyone a chance to voice their opinion. There shouldnt be a problem in most cases beacuse they people your working with are usually the people you know will help get the work done. If a problem occurs talk it out but dont separate into different sections because this will only make things worse
